I was inspired to try lightly sauteed radishes with some of our first CSA batch of radishes. Following a fajita-like recipe, we added white cheddar and avocado to make warm yet refreshing tacos.
Basically we sauteed the chicken and added the radishes for the last minute of cooking. The chicken thighs were more difficult to work with but the dark meat was very satisfying, though I think this recipe could work with other chicken parts too. What a fun way to mix up the standard taco!
